Program Overview
We combine gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, and weightlifting elements to enhance 10 general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination.
What to Expect
Our program helps kids build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Each class is 60 minutes, so please come dressed to move and bring a water bottle!
