    Where the hotel fitness center includes a rower and CF Buffalo is less than a mile away!
    Buffalo Double:
    21-3 (descending by 3)
    Double burpees (2 push-ups at the bottom)
    3-21 (ascending by 3)
    Double-unders
    Followed by tabata sit-ups (since it is the year of the tabata)
    Sit-ups are definitely going to cause some bruising since the floor was hard and without padding.
    Visit to CF Buffalo tonight. WOD is not posted yet, so as long as it does not include burpees, I should be OK.
    Could possibly have done the RedShed WOD with the equipment they had, but I didn’t want to get kicked out the first day for jumping on the flat bench and hanging off the cable machine.
    And the brief excitement of the rower wore off when I got on it and there were no batteries!

    CF Buffalo was great. Just a push jerk strength WOD programmed, but also got about 4-5 butterfly pull ups strung together. So pysched! Just need to work on the technique and then getting the height up to the bar.
    Really cool set-up as it is upstairs looking down on 2 ice hockey rinks. It is within a performance training center and there were many groups of young athletes doing sports training.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
