Teams of 3 athletes complete the following for time:
WOD 1 – "Annie"
50-40-30-20-10, double unders/sit-ups
WOD 2 – "Filthy Fifty"
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
WOD 3 – "Grace"
135# (95#) clean & jerks, 30 reps
WOD Rules: Teams of 3 athletes. WODs must be performed as programmed (or as written). Only 1 athlete can be moving at a time. Team of 3 must complete "Annie", then the "Filthy Fifty" and finally "Grace". WOD is finished on the 30th clean & jerk.
Teams of 2, same rules apply, but just do WOD 2 & 3
Individual athletes just do WOD 2
