Sometimes I think they assume we are lazy or stupid….
    In fact, sometimes I think even the females have underestimated their strength, worth and abilities. It’s pretty disappointing actually.
    However, that doesn’t happen at the Shed…Thank Goodness. As a matter of fact, it’s quite the opposite and quite refreshing.
    I have found that the Shed head women exceed extraordinary. That’s right EXCEED EXTRAORDINARY….
    We choose to train at the Shed – because we have chosen to bring out the absolute best we can be….to be surrounded by the absolute best available…you can’t do that on a treadmill or an elliptical machine.
    It is outstanding to do WOD’s with any of the ladies at the Shed. Watching J9 tear sh*t up, witnessing Janice battle hear own challenges and continue to WOD throughout it all. Seeing those familiar and unfamiliar female names grace the Board everyday….It’s pretty flippin’ cool.

    Kinda pleasantly surprised, wondered what would happen since Ive been adding so much fat to everything (ok, plus weekend cheats).
    Total cholesterol 193.
    HDL 93 (up 10+ pts)
    LDL 91 (up)
    TRI 45 (down a lot!)
    I think my LDL may be artificially high, b/c my tri is so low – its TC–HDL–(TRI/5)=LDL, isnt it?. No idea of VLDL breakdown.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
