I know I only have 3 weeks of CF under my belt but I can tell you I feel different. I had a massage over the weekend and the massage therapist said I had the least amount of knots in my back and neck since I’ve been going to her. Which is a few years. Evidence that CF works on overall mind and body fitness. Will be interesting to see how it effects my cholestorol later in the year (not that I have a problem with it).

CF is definitely infectious…this discussion reminds me of a phrase Kat told me not too long ago…”obsession is what lazy people mistake as dedication” (Kat, correct me if I got that line incorrect…LOL). I truly feel Crossfit has brought dedication to the health and fitness part of my life. I had dedication in my career, family and getting through grad school while working full time. I never had a catalyst in my life to take that same dedication to apply it to my health and fitness UNTIL CROSSFIT!
I am so blessed to have CF and especially to be able to experience it at the Shed!!!
