we had a wod today that showed a weakness of mine – 30-20-10 double unders and wallball…sounds like it would be a super quick wod, which it should have been if i hadn’t messed up on my doubleunders so much..so i decided to practice by setting a goal (50 for today)…everytime i messed up, I had to run apx 400m and then DU again until I got to 50. (running is another thing i could use work on – i should probably do this with the row as well). anyway, just a fun way to get your double unders in

Well it has happened Shedheads. Even with gloves I had four callouses blister and rip on my hands today. The crazy thing is I’m proud of them!
