J9- my time for the DU/WB wod was 4:53, used a 14# ball – which is rx weight for girls at cfo…did them unbroken tho…i definitely should have gotten this done at about 3:00, had I been able to do the DU’s unbroken. practice practice practice
possibility I am going to be doing FGB today…if i do, i reallllyyy hope to beat 280…we’ll see! will keep you updated
