RedShed Rest Day
RedShed Athletes and visiting CrossFitters: Have some fun with these rest day questions!
1. On any given day, how many times do you visit the CrossFit main site, and/or your Affiliate site?
2. If you could choose to train at any Affiliate for one day, where would you go and what WOD would you choose?
3. When training within a group, or with a partner… do you make it a competition between you and the group, or a competition between you and yourself? Or do you just want to finish?
4. How many days a week do you exit your comfort zone?
5. When approaching your physical limitations… is quitting an option?
5 Rounds:
20 alternating OH lunges (45#), knee to ground
21 burpees

Had to bring the bar to my shoulders for reps #10-20 on round 4.
Who would have thought that 45# would end up being so heavy?!
I tested this one out for Steve – as I know he has been itching to do this one.

Is almost crying an option???
Feel that way EVERY time on the distance rowing. Gets me every time.
Q2: since when do we get to choose WOD’s? i thought that was J9’s job!!!
If it invloves a serious leg workout, a crazy chipper or running – then I may have influenced it.
The majority is the creative talent of the Coach! He does not disappoint…
