  1. Tough Mudder team registration complete.
Go to http://www.toughmudder.com and register as a team member (team of 6-10). As you go through the registration process, choose “RedShed CrossFit” as your team.
I am registered as the team captain, and I chose our starting time to be 11AM, thinking that it would be best to go first instead of having to tough through even worse conditions.
We have roughly 11 weeks to get ready for this thing!

  13. Each Tough Mudder course will be a little different, but the basic elements will be the same. A seven-mile mud run over uneven terrain, with multiple hills, will separate the men from the boys. Then you must take on 17 separate sets of obstacles, each designed by British Special Forces, to test you in a very different way. You will need to brave freezing cold water, wade through thick mud, tackle underwater tunnels, finesse high ropes, and scramble through multiple cargo nets before finally running through fire
7 mile run, that is more than a 10k race and that is just the start, this should be fun.

  25. Matt took himself off the board, so we are not taking any in-action photos of him. He is like a ShedHead ghost, or bigfoot. There are signs of his being there, but was he really there? We may never know for sure, the evidence is just not concrete!
