Today is Melanie's birthday.  In April, Melanie (and Randy) will have been with us for one year.  In that time, we have seen consistent progress and transformation.  Melanie has overcome the fear of the box jump, she has embraced the barbell, she has re-accepted the rower… and most recently, she has finally taken control of the kipping pull-up & double unders!  A former competitive rower at the college level, Melanie is no stranger to hard work, and she exudes the will to succeed.  It is rather impressive, and visibly contagious!  You are an awesome representative of the RedShed women, Melanie.  We hope you enjoy your special day!

    It was rough as far as vacations go and Mel’s WOD was rough to return to this morning.
    I don’t recommend the Caribbean Cruise line nor do I recommend taking so much time off from the Shed.
    We are very happy to be back.

    I can’t say for sure that it was more difficult that way, although the evidence would say YES, but its a brutal workout any way you cut it.
    Unless you are as bad a dude as The Sensei, because aint no Kelly taking him out!

    Props to you and Sena for hitting Kelly too! I don’t even want to imagine it with rowing…the thought makes me nauseous.
    The upshot was that we (women) used a 14lb Med ball instead of a 16 AND the men had to use a 24 inch box for their jumps. Either way, it was the running that shattered me.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
