this looks like a good wod….not very often you get to have back squats in a wod!
J9- how great would that be if the rower was not in our sectionals?? haha probably not likely. i actually requested that the row or muscle-ups wouldn’t be included and i was pretty much laughed at…i will cross my fingers that you wont have to do them! but we both need to practice or else we will have a big fat DNF for that wod…its like a profanity in the crossfit world.
