Does that mean if you don’t do good enough on Wod 1 they are going tell you can’t compete in the rest? i would be a little pissed if i go down there and get told i was to slow on wall balls and can’t compete in rest.

If anyone is looking for a really yummy recipe for this week the spicy stuffed peppers was really good. Steve and Jack loved it and I brought one to work and a couple people tried it there and loved it. It was a good recipe to cook extra ones with your dinner and than reheat the next day for lunch.

Funny story from dp’s house.(only get this kind of story from a crossfit house) Came home from today’s wod all proud of myself that I was rx’d(185 is heavy for little old dp, and maybe a pr) so I was telling my wife (ckl) how I did and how 185 felt good. And unintentionally she took the wind out of my sales and removed any sort of pride I had about the wod by saying “yeah that’s heavy, I have done it a couple times this past month”. Humbled I laughed to myself and told her good job. i did get 30 pull-ups unbroken 🙂
