  1. don’t go trying to sugar coat it for me, i expected you to do it in twelve! i dont feel so bad now, i’ll get it closer to 20 next time.
    it felt good to get some runs in this week, Pat and i were talking about running more and how to get in the zone, etc,etc.

  2. After further analysis of my daily intake, there is still TOO much crack. I need to remove some more in order to improve my performance.
    On a more serious note – more running is in your future!
