03.12.2009 Rest Day Reflection

This rest day, I wanted to reflect upon how the RedShed came to be and how far it has come.

WOD, AMRAP, FGB, 21-15-9, Chipper…the formats of our training

Fran, Jackie, Filthy 50, Cindy, CFT, even Pookie…the workouts we put our bodies through

HSPU, SDHP, K2E, GHD sit-ups, wall balls, double unders and muscle-ups…if you CrossFit – you know what they mean

And the sweat souls that we leave behind….

Read more about the RedShed and what CrossFit means to some of our athletes.

As we embark into moving into a larger location, the goal of forging elite fitness is alive and the possibilities are exciting.

Thank you to all of our current athletes for your dedication.  It is nothing short of amazing to see the progress all of you have made.  And to our fearless leader…THANKS COACH for all that you do to help us to live it, breathe it and achieve it!

Every second counts!

  1. I want to get on here and offer up my “thanks” to everyone who is involved in this process. Without all of you, I would just be that crazy guy flipping tires in his driveway!
Seriously, the support from Janine and the girls, and the dedication and persistence of all of my athletes means a ton to me. As we experience progress on the business end of things, we will continue to strive for excellence and ultimate fitness.
Thanks to all, (and especially Janine, for having the patience and peace of mind to create this post).
    Yours in Fitness,
    Pat (your coach)
