Do we have a benchmark of previous times for this WOD? I know some of us have done this at least once maybe more.
Also, Pat I will not be in Motown saturday as you know, if you have a WOD in mind let me know, or i’ll just figure out something on my own.
5k Row on rest day at 19:13, meant to take a photo of the timer and didn’t so you’ll just have to take my word for it. Going sub 19 next month, i have a plan to build up to that, and i’m gonna make it happen.
This was a very difficult task considering the week i’ve had, my whole body was fatigued at different points and it was a miserable row all together…
