NY & PA Course Change: As a response to everyone’s requests the NY & PA course map has been modified. We’ve added some extra running and rearranged the order of a few obstacles to make the course even tougher. None of the obstacles have been taken out, but they’ve been placed in a different order to make the course even more bad ass. Don’t worry, it won’t be too much tougher, but it will be a lot more fun.

My pantry looks like a Costco shelf! still taking those prenatal vitamins prescribed from dr. roasted / grilled eggplant is yum! can’t say i’ve ever tried a rutabaga though

This week has shown me that i am no where near ready for the mudder, the little running we did on wed on top of Cindy on Monday has dp feeling beat up. my legs are sore from 1,000 meters let alone 7 miles in the mud. i guess I’m going to start doing some running i hate running. on the bright side at least it is nice out.

This week has shown me that i am no where near ready for the mudder, the little running we did on wed on top of Cindy on Monday has dp feeling beat up. my legs are sore from 1,000 meters let alone 7 miles in the mud. i guess I’m going to start doing some running i hate running. on the bright side at least it is nice out.
