  1. Charlie-
Thanks for the head’s up on the Mudder course change…..Tougher and even more bad ass?!
NY & PA Course Change: As a response to everyone’s requests the NY & PA course map has been modified. We’ve added some extra running and rearranged the order of a few obstacles to make the course even tougher. None of the obstacles have been taken out, but they’ve been placed in a different order to make the course even more bad ass. Don’t worry, it won’t be too much tougher, but it will be a lot more fun.

  7. I am coming into this late, so I am not sure what the question or problem is/was.
DP, you jumped on the 24″ box, which is what is rx’d for men for “Kelly”. 20″ box was rx’d for women. My mistake for not posting it on the board, and for the obvious lack of communication between J9 and myself.
scaling up, obviously would be vesting it and/or jumping Mt. RedShed.
    Again, my apologies.
Looks like it is time for a vacation or a severe re-evaluation.

  25. Deb–never got around to salt water. had more fun watching scabs dry out then stretching hands and making them bleed. Hours of fun. I’m going to tear them up tomorrow doing muscle-ups anyway so maybe Saturday afternoon? LOL. Middle of hand does SUCK.
PS- Pat and J9 not allowed vacation. Everyday day is a vacation in the shed!
