This is the workout of the day for everyone, Open Competitors and non-competitors alike.
If you are competiting in the Open, please prepare yourself to perform the WOD between the hours of 10am & 12pm, unless you have alreay made prior arrangements.

I agree with Shannon, which is why I did not attempt the wod again. I feel once it’s been submitted, that’s it! There are no do-overs in real competitions. Think I will work on my rowing and everything else in preparation for wod 2.
