J9: 7 rounds+20 burpees
10 rounds for time of:
10 sdhp, 95#
15 box jumps
Jeff-16:13
Pat-18:35
(I am still doing today’s wod… I wanted to give Jeff a training partner this morning)
Fred-2 + double digit burpees… skipping 40 skips instead of double unders.
Bill-4 + 19 burpees
Greg-4 + 20 burpees + 18 double unders
Pat-5 + 16 burpees
And welcome Connor, who got 3 rounds + 20 burpees + 10 double unders.
This was a lung buster… and just like there were those who conveniently missed Murph… there were those who conveniently missed this sucker…
I know who you are, and these WODs will be made up! (it’s for the benefit of your fitness, really)
So you may come into the shed on any given Saturday and think you are doing what is posted on the board… and then BANG… you get hit with Murph or this crazy burpee WOD!! You are gonna love it!

Yesterday was set up day for our ADHD show, Sena, Dale and Alex were in the city until after seven last night, as were Matt and Craig unrelated. Having nobody around and my car in the shop left me at the office until the same time. Going to be a much more hectic week than I anticipated, work is puring in right now…

Think…no equipment needed and maybe…Tabata and that is a way to fit in a quick one when you can’t make it to the Shed.
Or if you have a random jumprope at your disposal: burpee/double-unders. 20 minutes.
