btw, i looked back at the 12.04 post to get an idea of time on this, and i noticed this post from J9,

I’m not sure who you are referring to here, but speaking for myself, i’m certain that my shirt remained in tact!

I think it was in the video that the shirt came off in round 7 – although it very well could have been Matt also.
SvW (and Dale) – you know we are glad you are back…but I’ll leave that up to your training partner to say. The last time you worked out with me was POOKIE and you know how much fun that one was.
Coach upped our weight from December (95# to 105#), so consider yourself lucky that your weight stayed the same. I know this is one of your favs!
