Speal is a machine! I think he tripped up maybe 3 times over the course of all those consecutive double-unders. It’s a great one to watch and I think it took him like 4:30+ minutes to complete the WOD.

Last time we did C2 Nancy with the row instead of the run. It was a tough one.

I watched the vid. That guy was going really fast.
I couldn’t get the double under going so I did the Day 3 WOD. Unfortunately I was slow. just shy of 17 minutes but I did do the prescribed weight so I don’t feel too bad.
