  1. Just got finished making my first Fennel Yummy salad and put some grilled chicken on top! Try it if you haven’t yet…it’s a good one.
    And I mentioned to a few of you yesterday that I have become addicted to nuts…probably not such a good thing. So I am making a conscious decision to cut back, but I also want to share a new nut mix I came up with yesterday. I put some almonds and walnuts in a big ziplock and drizzled with just a little bit of walnut oil so the spices would stick. In a bowl mix garlic powder, sea salt (used very little of this one), cayenne pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika then sprinkle in bag, close and shake it up. Dump it on a cookie sheet and put in oven (400) for about 8 minutes or so. Be careful though because you will want to eat them all!

  41. @ CKL – it’ll be easy for you. Point your toes out, take a huge breath & hold it to make a big chest/nice rack (stop laughing Marc), elbows down slightly from the clean, look straight ahead, dip straight and don’t short step it…. its pretty easy.
