There was extra incentive, Rob rowed a killer time and it was my turn to keep the intensity. The extra work has helped without questions, just like it will help my 5K time.
I dont think anyone should miss this Day 1 this week, Dale, Bill, Beard, Fred… where you at?

bring it….I will be there today for day 1 or maybe both…..not really both. Feeling better today ran 12 mi on Sun with hangover….met pukie and he reminded why i don’t drink scotch…..a little self inflicted punishment keeps me on the straight and narrow…Looking forward to the shed tonight!

there is a big difference between being mentally tough, and being just plain stupid.
You made the right decision, Bill.
135# would have significantly compromised your ability to perform the movements safely. The objective is to get faster and more effective at these lifts. You were able to do that today scaling down to 115#.
