tire flip, 100ft.
10 pull-ups
sled pull, 100ft. – 225#
10 push-ups
farmer's walk, 100ft. – 32kg kettlebells
10 burpees
The time it takes to complete round 1=your rest time between rounds.
(if you want to make this interesting and difficult, partner up into teams of 2 athletes. While athlete 1 is flipping the tire, athlete 2 is trying to accumulate as many pull-ups as possible until athlete 1 returns with the tire… then the athletes switch. The same format is followed until each athlete has flipped the tire, pulled the sled, performed the farmer's walk, and tallied as many pull-ups, push-ups and burpees as possible. Follow this format for three rounds (each team), and the team to accumulate the most reps AND the fastest time wins.)
