  1. Let this be the week that all of those M.I.A. ShedHeads return to the Shed.
If you know where they are hiding, drag them back!
Start the week off right. Happy Monday!

  8. Mondays are just like any other day… they are what YOU make them, it is YOUR choice!
    Drink to that!
Be positive and great things will happen…
and before you know it, it will not be Monday anymore!

First, a big congratulations to both DP and J9 for your performances in the race. Way to go!!! Another testimony to the power of CrossFit!
Regarding balance, boy, that is really tough to do in today’s world. It seems that anyone who has a pulse has such a full life that 24 hours/day is just not enough. But that’s all we have and we need to deal with it and make the most of it.
Charlie and I are so grateful to the Neills for letting us bring our girls to the shed while we work out. We have so little time to spend with them during the week and so little time after work to do so that we can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It’s great to see their little bodies do burpees & push-ups and we are all instilling in them the importance in keeping in shape at any age.
J9, I applaud your decision not to compete in the Regionals. Of course, I would have whole-heartedly supported you had you decided to continue on, but I am truly amazed at all you are able to accomplish as a full-time working mother and CrossFit coach. Thank you for highlighting the importance of family and health (both physical and mental).
I’m looking forward to today’s workout — not sure why…maybe because there are burpees? Am I the only one who like them???

  36. I think knowing that DP is getting so fast at running will help me get my sub-19 5K, as well as his sub-20!
Coconut milk is my fat “drink” of choice. More like my scoop on spoon choice.
Is it me, or does it look like Lou and Shannon are playing leap frog in that first pic?
