Cats are gonna be walking funny for a couple of days after this one Coach. The total load is about 30% greater than “The Final Ascent” from the squat perspective.
Not much of a choice at this point in my life Randy, sleeping in is a foreign concept to me…

back squats are a walk in the park compared the last gobblet squats…..squatting to that med ball is a killer

have you actually done any of the math on total weight loads for some of these workouts with heavier squats/deadlifts?
some of them are difficult to get your head around…
for example the total load rx’d for todays WOD is 9250 lbs in the squat alone!
the deadlift/pushup workout load is 20,250 lbs for the deadlift alone!!
Amazing stuff really… Coach, what time today?

But since the box jumps are the first on the list, they will soon be forgotten about when the wall balls roll along.
Last Filthy 50 was 10/26: 22:01, BUT it was only a 12# wall ball and 25# push-press. Those weights will never fly all these months later. I’ll have to get the pulse from the main site on what kinds of times are posted.
