    I will be at the gym around 3ish
    I think a sub 20:00 is definitely possible if you nail your double unders. I was only able to get 2 out of 10 rounds 15 reps clean.
    I expect my number to be one of the slowest… I want everyone to beat this number today… everyone!

  5. i think i was close to passing out on this one. for the record i suck at double unders. i looked like i was in a wet t-shirt contest when i was done (steve i know your mad you left before i was done and didn’t get to see that)

  7. i was thinking about the workout and i didn’t do the correct workout. everybody did 10 rounds, 15 cal row and 15 double unders.
    i did
    10 rounds, 15 cal row, 15 double unders, 20 smash the rope into your shin, 5 hityourself in the back of the head and 2 hit yourself in the hand (i’m not sure how i did those but they suck) you guys should try that work out its a killer

  17. Nevermind I saw it on the cross fit website…I’m up for it. I may try it tomorrow just to get an idea on time…subbing a 12lb medicine ball (That’s the biggest we have at work.

    Charlie- I hear you loud and clear, DP Rob is not a great family nickname.
    Everyone did some nice work here today, and I actually feel good that nobody broke 20, although its definitely within reach.
    DP Rob was talking about doing triple unders, and i’m sure that will shave a lot of time…
    My legs are like dead weight, and the hardest thing about this workout, was day 1&2 happening first.
    btw, the filthy 50… im down.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
