I find the push-up/step-ups to be more difficult than burpee box jumps. There is no momentum in the push-up/step-up sequence.
When I get my body back from the mini body snatcher’s grasp, I will go back to my beloved burpee box jumps and complain about how difficult they are.

I agree with Diet Pepsi Rob. It may not have been the best time for me to ride to the gym…I was disappinted with my results.
