  5. I think there should be a separate album of Dale showing the many ways that he puts out an incredible effort and then falls to the ground.
    My favorite is still from Murph where it looks as though he slid head first into the Shed.

    Some for the first time, some with an improved time and some at rx’d weights.
    Even Sena and I made it into a few pics.

  9. i pulled this out in 31:29 yesterday afternoon. i went out really fast and was onto the burpees in less than 19 minutes.
    Pukie, rabdo and heat stroke were close on my heels, especially Pukie… it was real close.
    The burpees took me just about 10 minutes, as i had nothing in the tank, for a number of reasons, but i had nothing regardless.
    If broken down in simple terms this workout isnt too remarkable, but damn if it isnt effective.
    Next time under 30, no half steppin!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
