Coach, as per our discussion, I’m not going to have the wind for this 5k. This Swine Flu has just about tapped me.
I’m going to get my workout in today, so give me an idea if you can of when would be a good time for you with the least amount of traffic.
Also, if you want to recommend an alternate for Saturday, i would be much obliged.

Charlie, I appreciate the invite, and dont think they go unnoticed. I havent had a bike in years but have been contemplating taking it up again seriously. That will probably happen this spring, when it does, i will join you.
