Complete the following for time:

200 meter sprint

100 sumo deadlift high pull – 24kg KB (16kg KB)

200 meter sprint

100 kettlebell swings – 24kg (16kg)

200 meter sprint

100 overhead squats – 65# (35#)

200 meter sprint

100 box jumps – 20"

200 meter sprint

100 burpees

200 meter sprint

Team WOD Rules:

1. Team must run together for every 200 meter sprint.  First athlete back must start the movement.

2. For the 100 reps, only one athlete can be moving at a time.  Each athlete must complete 50 reps before exiting for the 200 meter sprint.

3. Scaling – If athlete 1 must scale down in weight, athlete 2 must scale up in the amount that athlete 1 scaled down in order for your team to remain rx'd.  For example, if you scale your OHS from 35# to 15#, your partner must scale from 65# to 85# or 35# to 55#.  If one athlete must step-up instead of box jump, the team will have to use a 24" box with at least one athlete jumping in order for the team to remain rx'd.

4. Team time is determined by the last 200 meter sprint.  Don't let your partner down!

5. Fastest team will be rewarded with the task of engineering next week's shedkicker, which will be due by Monday morning, 9:00AM (no exceptions!).

6. What if it is raining?  That's an easy one!  In the case of inclement weather, the 200 meter sprints will be replaced with 20 burpees, and the 100 burpees will be removed from the WOD.  All of the same rules will apply.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
