There’s another look at those platforms in the video posted on race recovery.
Also, some good information on long distance race recovery for all of you endurance athletes.

wow, i don’t recall asking my time, but it seemed like it took forever…
long week, tough week… including strength day, 6 straight days is enough for now, and i cant remember a rest day more invited.
nice work everyone, had fun doing it!

Ah! THANKS!!
Sunday’s video on “Return to the Catch” gives a good comparison to the SDHP and the sequence of movements involved.
Also an interesting look at the Games Qualifying WODS taking place this weekend. Maybe future WODs on the RedShed whiteboard?
Happy Rest Day!

I cant post on todays feed for some reason the link doesnt move forward.
The Sunday WOD for the Rocky Mountain Qualifier is awesome. Having done Randy a couple times now, its a no brainer that i would do it Randy style with 75#.
Any thoughts on that?

7,000 lbs/5,000 lbs for time, from ground to overhead anyhow, is an interesting format, right?
