This week was fast, but effective… just take a look at these guys!
It was a great week, full of new faces and intense challenges! We had more names on the board than ever before!
Rest up, eat well, and stay hydrated… Day 1 is right around the corner!
Janine has been posting a lot of useful information in the comments. If you just visit for the WOD or the pictures, I suggest you hit the comments and get involved in the banter. Sometimes it is just for fun… but you will always find a tidbit of good info. In addition… always hit the main site, read and watch the videos.
