We have been in our Netcong box for one year, and today we will be celebrating with 3 WODs… an all day event in appreciation of CrossFit and all of the awesome ShedHeads out there!

Choose one, two, or do all three!

  • 7:30AM-9:00AM, WOD 1 (individual):

Triple Tabata Mash-up:

kettlebell swing – 24kg (16kg)

kettlebell sdhp – 24kg (16kg)

push press – 45# barbell (do not drop unweighted bars!)

 

 

  • 10:30AM-11:30AM, WOD 2 (teams of 3, all men/all women):

For time:

Athlete 1 – 15 box jumps (onto tire), Athlete 2 – 15 burpees, Athlete 3 – 15 thrusters 95# (65#)

100ft. tire flip / overhead barbell walk, 100ft.

once each athlete completes his/her 15 reps, Athletes 1&2 flip the tire 100ft. as Athlete 3 walks with the barbell overhead to the 100ft. mark.  Once all three athletes reach their destination, a rotation occurs – Athlete 1 moves to burpees (tire flip), Athlete 2 moves to thrusters (overhead barbell walk), Athlete 3 moves to box jumps (tire flips).  The workout is complete when each athlete has performed each movement, and reached their destination 3 times.  NOTE: Athlete 3 (thrusters/barbell walk) will reach the 100ft. mark first, and must drop the bar and help his/her teammates finish the tire flip.

 

  • 12:45ish!, WOD 3 (randomly picked teams of 4)

2K Regatta Run:

4 rounds of:

500 meter row

100 meter shuttle run

Teams of 4 will be chosen randomly. Each athlete will be responsible to row 500 meters, then immediately perform a 100 meter shuttle run.  The next athlete can get prepared on the rower while his/her teammate is running, but cannot start rowing until the shuttle run is complete.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
