    this WOD is another gift…
    it is way too fast, and we are too strong to do this just once, so…
    complete the first round, then, if you feel slighted… do a second round at half the reps.

    But at least the 50 burpees were not included!
    I almost let Pukie finish my box jumps.
    I apologize for turning this into a 50-rep WOD, but knew the ShedHeads could handle it.

  13. i think it is obvious SvW is protesting any workouts until he can find a set of pink gloves to go with his pink bag (or purse what ever you call it) I’m going to pick him up a pair tomaorrow the shed is not the same without him.
