See previous "Jackie" times here.  Last time we did it, rest was allowed between the two WODs.  This time around… no rest between rounds, hence the name "Jackie 1.5"!

    I started out going for gold on the rower and had to settle back into cruise mode for the 1000 meters. Fatigue on the quads sets in quickly.

  4. svw I wasn’t referring to you in my above post because I figured it is common knowledge you don’t sleep, you simply close your eyes in an attempt to lour in possible robbers that have made the mistake in assuming you are sleeping, then you can pounce into action (like a tiger) and destroy the would be robbers.

  10. Randy, that Jackie vid you watched has Greg Amundson doing the WOD. he’s some kind of machine, he’s in a lot of the WOD demos and he goes way back with CF.
    Watch the Heavy Fran and the GI Jane in particular, he’s ridiculous. the first footage we watched and marveled at was the Heavy Fran.

    I think my day was close to half over by the time you did the WOD this morning. I’ll have to make a early morning appearance (and let Pat sleep in) to get in another workout with you.
    Now I just need to be more efficient on the pull-ups so I am not wasting so much clock time on getting those reps done!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
