    I love the intensity. I will say it again with feeling… I LOVE THE INTENSITY!
    Only be concerned about you and your workout, not anyone else in the room. I don’t care about your ego, I care that you are training hard in a safe environment where you will experience success. If that means I need to scale your weight, I will. If that means I have to interupt your WOD to correct a movement, I will. You need to master the movements. Develop strength through the proper range of motion… and before you know it, you are out of the modified column!
    Listen up crew,
    CrossFit has specific standards… it is about fitness for some, and competition for others. The shed may not have anyone competing in the CF Games, but we have something even better. We have men and women who are transforming their bodies, lowering blood pressure, and reducing stress. We have men and women who are losing weight and getting stronger everyday. We have families in training, how cool is that! Everyday, a shedhead is getting closer to his or her goal. We are a group of athletes who gather in the shed for the same purpose, to achieve complete wellness. The support is unmatched, and the energy is contagious.
    The shed would still be in the shed if it wasn’t for all of you, the shedheads. So let’s stay focused, and keep reaching new ground.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
