Tabata What the …(you fill in the blank!)
20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest
8 rounds of each movement:
wall ball – 20# (15#)
sit-ups
push press – 45# (scale accordingly)
burpees (yes, burpees!)
Perform 8 rounds for each movement before moving on to the next. After completing round 8, you only have 10 seconds to move on to the next movement. For each round of 20 seconds of work, record your repetitions. At the end of the WOD, find the lowest rep for each movement, add them up and that is your score.

Nice message coach. I haven’t had a migraine the 7 weeks I’ve been doing this. My BP is down to 110-115/65 P55. My ‘hockey injury’ – gone! Im stronger than I ever was.
I don’t know how you do it but THANKS!
I DO have one regret – I wish I’d started this 20 years ago!!
