RedShed Rest Day:Topics – Are we a cult?  If I were to develop our own little "redshed crossfit games", who would be the favorite to win it all?  And who would be the dark horse, lingering around, waiting to snag the shedhead trophy?

  7. Somehow I think I know where all this is coming from, and I’m glad it had the affect I anticipated.
    Of course Pat leaves his name off which is ridiculous because everyone knows he’d be right at the top.
    I think there are 5 or 6 people who depending on the programing could perform favorably in a games of our own. however because of the intensity of 3-4 workouts in a 24 hour period, i think those numbers fall even more narrow to favor the… well the younger guys! or perhaps depending on the programming and how it leans, maybe to a couple of us who have been putting in at least 5-6 days for the last few months.
    if Dale was healthy I would give him the obvious nod but because he has reinjured himself without ever having seen a doctor to begin with… he’s out!!
    I’ll be over this afternoon Pat, i’d like to do the tabata and the OHS workout if you dont mind…

  10. Sorry ladies it wasn’t intentional… J9 is at an obvious advanced level and would beat a lot of the men at Rx’d workouts.
    That said, i’ve had the pleasure of training with both Sena and Deb more recently and I know what they’re both capable of moving forward.
    J9 in my opinion will be at the East Regional Qualifier next year… even if we have to kidnap and drive her there!

    I left my name off the list because I understand that I no longer possess the passion to compete. I just like to beat myself up in the gym for fun!
    And for the record, I don’t count anyone out, as far as being the dark horse. Once this competition takes place, human potential will be realized and someone will rise to the occasion.

    A cult! CF does seem to project a kind of radical image. Even the Operation Phoenix font, I think its called “Bleeding Cowboys”! Hey its all good.

    AMRAP 12 minutes of 135#/95# thrusters/10 burpees.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
