06.06.2010-Sunday-RedShed Rest Day

RedShed Rest Day

Topic: Measurable Results… we have seen so many.  Whether it is 1 second, or going from modified to rx'd, you cannot argue with results.

Results, good or bad, are a direct reflection of the decisions you make about how you train, eat and sleep (pretty much how you live!)  These decisions directly reflect how you look and feel as well!

Click here to view some recent measurable results… and feel free to start a discussion in the comments!

If your results were left out, be sure to add them in the comments.  Measurable is measurable, and you should be proud of your accomplishments… because Janine and I are so proud of you, that's for damn sure!

Have a great rest day, and we will see you tomorrow!

  1. Something important that was not listed is that of Sensei’s “Fran” results.
He did it for the first time back in October, with 75# and jumping pull-ups.
This time around, he went rx’d and posted a sub 6:00 time (with his older brother badgering him).
I do realize that Matt has many responsibilities that keep him away from the shed, but just imagine what this young man could accomplish if he were able to train on a full-time basis. It would be inspiring to witness.
In addition, I am aware that JR has been improving as well, but may not be able to let us know.
More opportunities for you to show us improvement this week…. can you say “Air Force WOD”??
