This was almost a visit to the old Shed WOD – I had the chalk ready and all, but the scheduling did not allow.
I don’t recall having done a 400 squat WOD before. This may seriously impact the next few days of training. And my hands – they feel as though they are going to rip apart.

Great workout. Thanks Janine. I think just having you there made the difference. I can already tell my legs feel like jello going up and down my stairs. Not for anything ladies not sure how anyone +1 is keeping that pace. Good for you Sena!! You are my idol.
