  1. I assume you are referring to the strength day, deadlifts.
    The reps only count when the bar returns to the deck under full control. If you lift the weight and drop it at the top, the rep doesn’t count.

  4. Pat i see they did the Bear at Montclair the other day. The format was a little different than the main site vid, i think its more condusive for the general population.

  10. Ok – well I’d like to see the annex WOD’s on here too…Diane and I did:
    5 high pull; 10 wall ball; 5 clean jerk; 10 pull ups x10 for time Nancy: 25+min Diane 27+min
    My arms hurt so bad today (forearms, biceps AND shoulders) can’t even brush the hair – had to go natural and curly today…..Nancy
