    so there are no surprises, your sdhp’s must go from the deck to the chin. be hard on yourself and don’t count the reps that don’t meet the range of motion requirements.
    as the groups are training, I will be calling you out if the bar doesn’t make it up to the chin (or hit the deck).
    push-ups-on the left side bar under “about crossfit”, click on exercises and demos and watch the push-up video for a refresher!

  13. Congratulations to all who have improved his/her times over the past two workouts. And if times did not improve, but you did it at rx’d weight, you also deserve congratulations.
    Each and every day I am witness to something spectacular. At times, it is difficult for me to absorb what just happened because of having to concentrate on multiple athletes. But when I am alone, and get a chance to reflect on the day in the shed… I can effectively appreciate what I witnessed.
    So, Matt…
    Understand that you just set the bar for yourself, brother. You set it high. Everytime you walk through the door and enter the shed, I am expecting great things from you. You showed me something today, and I expect to see it on display each training day. Anything less, and I will suspect you just aren’t trying.
    You may not know it, but because of you, today was an extremely valuable learning experience for me.
    Again, congratulations to you (Matt) and all the the shedheads on your continued improvement. The energy is like magic!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
