i was on a slightly different schedule this week, so today i did my first “linda.”
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (285)
Bench press: body weight (190)
Clean: 3/4 body weight (145)
had to use wraps, my forearms were blown up.
time: 20:34

Sorry I missed the workout today. Work is getting in the way of my hobbies. I want to be a 4 day a week CF participant, however 3 days seems to be all I get there. I am feeling like I am missing my goal each week. Need to re-adjust.I will try again next week.
