5 thrusters – 135# (85#)
10 burpees
The whole thing is for time… row your 500 meters, then perform 5 rounds of the thrusters and burpees. Yes… you only row once!
As many times as we have done thrusters, I still get a ton of "what is a thruster again??" So click here for a very informative video of the thruster.

I agree J9m thrusters are going to be a challenge for 5 reps, and the load altogether towards the end will stack up making 5 reps straight DIFFICULT….

I was thinking it was 15 burpees, so some consolation that it is only 10!

135lb thrusters aren’t light. I’ve done them before! This will be a good workout I am going to shoot for doing all five in a row without dropping the bar. The burpees will be what kills the arms.

I lost my time on both movements. I wasted a ton of time trying to control my breathing. It was just flat out hard… at least is was hard for me.
