  1. Congrats on the RRG guys, I think that its value is immeasurable and Im glad you’re a part of it.
Tough week, so tough that Helen looks like a timid schoolgirl to me right now…
    This too will change!

  4. It has been since August that Helen has been on the board.
I’ll have to go through the index card bucket to see if we have compare to times on this one.
C2 Helen was in February – but using the rower is a different ball game.
Pat – In the Affiliate Blog, CF South Brooklyn has an article on “Ode to the Egg” that you may want to check out.

  10. Those stats are bogus. The 400 meter was measured too short. Can’t go by those times.
Not for nothing, I think we can all beat the C2 Helen times pretty significantly.
It’s mostly downhill after the first 200 meters.

  16. This was a week full of challenges. I saw a ton of improvement by a lot of athletes… and yes, if you are in my gym, you are an athlete! I witnessed a lot of teamwork and encouragement… that is just flat out awesome!
I am very proud of all of you!
I continue to have a lot of fun training with all of you, and I hope it continues on for a very long time. We need to blow the doors off that place!

    You know you’re a shedhead when….
you wish youd snuck a KB home to repeat the wod
10 burpees seems like only a little bit
you realize you’re using a “hook” grip while driving
you accidentally “drop” your little grocery basket under the belt as if it had bumper plates

  22. of course it would be an attempt to repeat on a DIFFERENT day…
Deb – I like the creativity in your post. Any others out there?
If you haven’t done your burpees yet today, I’ll post a fun one under today’s rest day.

  25. Sat 13th: burpee’s done + 46 buy in burpees
Sun 14th: burpee’s done + 5 buy in burpees so far – my arms and toes are killing me on the buy in but I’m determined…more later
You know you are a shedder if you are willing to drive 40 min for the WOD!

  28. You know you are a ShedHead when:
You “borrow” a small block of chalk to have ready for the next time that pull-ups or K2E are done at the original RedShed.
You hear a song on the radio and can name the CF video that it is in.
You are a beaming proud parent when your litle girl demonstrates how she does burpees, squats or finds objects around the house to practice her olympic lifts with (including perfecting how to “drop” a heavy weight).
    And my favorite…
You use your CF Kid as additional weight while doing walking lunges (good thing Cait is still to young to refuse to be a part of this).
I think SvW, Sena and BF certainly can add some funny ones to this banter!
