I remember this one being pretty challenging.
Plus, our running path now has a slight incline, so lift then run fast to make up those precious seconds.
And hope for NO RAIN!

It has become glaringly obvious that the pedometer readings we used at the shed were off slightly.
Even by setting the pedometer to my appropriate stride length, it seems that our running routes were a tad short.
This (along with the slight incline on our new running course) was reflected in our “Helen” times, and will be in today’s WOD as well.
So don’t be discouraged if your time is a bit slower, but be very encouraged if you do this WOD faster than you did in March.

Just think – you will NEVER be all by yourself again. But it is possible to sneak out to the Shed – it just takes timing, creativity and “Dad” being at home with the baby.
