  4. my butt hurts; yesterday shouldve been named P.I.T.A.
    Q Burpees done – are we going to keep doing 100 burpees a day when we’re done, just cuz – we CAN (I do them all at once).
    Q about the paleo food link a while ago: is anyone NOT eating starch? I only eat oats anyway, but if I cut it ALL out I STARVE and wind up eating 3000 cal. of protein/vegs-fruit/fats…. pbly too much.

  7. Deb, I was strictly on the zone diet for 3 months Sept-Dec 08. Did not eat an ounce of starch or processed food for 3 months. (never did paleo, but they are comparable as in what the goal is)
    From personal experience… The Zone results are phenomenal. Lots of energy. Great fat loss/muscle gain. Better times/strength at the gym.
    But there are drawbacks. Took too much from my day to prepare my food separately, couldn’t go out to eat, could not do take out of any kind, couldn’t eat my dinners with SvW… So I ended up toning it down a little. Then +1 came along, so now I eat like a piglet and smile :))))

    You don’t want your body to get to the point of being starving – resulting in overeating (and probably overeating poor choices).
    If you are feeling that way – you may need to increase your fat intake. Yes, fat is your friend and will keep you feeling fuller longer.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
