Pat i’m curious on the different dynamic of doing pull ups throughout the workout vs. in one shot at the end of the workout as i did today. Witch do you think would be more challenging. In the name of science someone could try it both ways and see if there is a difference.

If you are suggesting I do it twice, I may take you up on that challenge.
But to address the question, I believe doing the pull-ups at the end would result in a greater challenge, although I believe the times would remain pretty similar.

The second attempt was as it is posted, because I really wanted to see how fast I could do it.

“A person is not old until regrets take the place of dreams.” So I am living by this one. I am so dreaming I am going to be able to jump that box, i tried stairs when I cam home because I am annoyed with myself.
