  1. Pat i’m curious on the different dynamic of doing pull ups throughout the workout vs. in one shot at the end of the workout as i did today. Witch do you think would be more challenging. In the name of science someone could try it both ways and see if there is a difference.

  4. If you are suggesting I do it twice, I may take you up on that challenge.
But to address the question, I believe doing the pull-ups at the end would result in a greater challenge, although I believe the times would remain pretty similar.

  7. I certainly was not doing this one twice, but that was going to be my suggestion for finding out the answer to DP’s question.
Hang clean thrusters were a different twist.
Way to start off the week!
    Who is running on Sat?

  13. DP- I did it twice, but only because the first time I did it, the watch on my wrist stopped at 2:03. I have no idea how fast or slow it took.
The second attempt was as it is posted, because I really wanted to see how fast I could do it.
35 pull-ups in increments of 7 reps is much easier than having to do 35 straight, but I still think a good kipper would post similar times in either case.

  16. Pat, I found a saying I thought you would appreciate coming from me, the “old lady”:
“A person is not old until regrets take the place of dreams.” So I am living by this one. I am so dreaming I am going to be able to jump that box, i tried stairs when I cam home because I am annoyed with myself.
