    I took a quick look at the CF Mom website – love the baby pics that go along with the WODs. I’ll have to take a look in more detail when I find some time. What a great resource.
    Wish I had known about it while I was +1, and just counting down the days until I was able to start doing CF. Thank goodness I was still running quite a bit – otherwise the phase of eating bright yellow, fake butter popcorn would have done me in.
    Keep it up – it is inspiring to see you still CF active with the baby bump!

  4. J9, the only thing that baffles me is: how some of these women are able to hang from the bar, do knees to elbows, or even full pull-ups at 6 months and further. I was unable to hang since week 13-14. Amazing how every “body” is so unique.
    Andrea who’s the proprietor of crossfitmom.com works at Crossfit Brand X (the affiliate that started Crossfit Kids). So when you and I go to Ramona, CA to get Crossfit Kids certs, we can meet her. :)))))

    Thanks for the double under lesson.
    Picked up a pvc Rope after i left, they are unforgiving when you mess up. i have huge welts on my forearms. Ill take it as inncentive not to mess up.haha

  13. Just for the record. I did go to the shed today…and had an absolutely poor showing. I couldn’t even manage one muscleup because I am a fat a$$. So I did my burpees and a few chinups…whupdeedooo. Pat and J9 were being nice for not mentioning I was there…but since there were witnesses, I had to come clean.

  16. Skills practice, Charlie. It will help you in the long run (as well as having a rest day).
    And I barely showed up with my Fran time…but can only get faster in the future.

  19. No worries Charlie, its a complicated movement and not a lot of guys are able to do it right away. Once you get the muscle memory it will be a snap, regardless of what you weigh…

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
