What a week!  We had "Fran" times crushed, faster 5K's and athletes graduating to real pull-ups (officially off the bands!).  Consistency pays off, ShedHeads!  Keep up the great work!

This weekend coming up is July 4th weekend.  The RedShed will be open on both Friday and Saturday.  Hours of Operation are to be determined by your feedback.

    Make-Up: Wall Ball/Sit-Up WOD
    Missed this one during the week and got it in this morning in the Original RedShed (with 2 miles of running mixed in).
    50 wall ball
    50 sit-ups
    Run 400m
    35 wall ball
    35 sit-ups
    Run 400m
    20 wall ball
    20 sit-ups
    Run 800m
    10 wall ball
    10 sit-ups
    Run 1 mile
    J9: ~25:08
    (no stopwatch, so had to rely on the clock hanging on the wall)

  4. I am off on Friday. I can come to the gym at whatever time works for all. Thanks for being so flexible Pat.
    This weeks workouts were good. They consisted of the most challenging exercise for me, thrusters, in one way or another I never feel like I make my mark. ( the one I set for myself) Anyway, no better way to improve then to keep on practicing. I did like the combinations.

    M) I kind of didn’t mind burpee box jumps in that WOD
    T) a blister on my low back!
    W) a measured jump rope
    T) three peeled off calluses
    F) sore shoulders from trying to kip (after ‘Fran’ OMG will I ever get it)
    S) a Zinctown 5k tshirt
    I can train next w/e, off Friday too, so any time. Sat. as usual.
    I can do the 16th…
    Can I buy one of the new tshirts, if there’s a small or medium?

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
